The National University Honours Admission Result of the 1st Year Application for the academic year 2023-24 will be published on March 18. On that day, applicants can check the 1st Merit List through the official website. Apart from this, the results can be checked through SMS on the mobile phone.
National University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Moshiur Rahman confirmed this information on Wednesday (March 13, 2024).
The Professor said that the preparations are underway for the publication of the Honours Admission Result session 2023-24. We can publish the result after completing the work. The Merit List will be published on March 18, 2024, once everything is ready.
Like the past years, this year’s admission process for all colleges under the National University will be taken based on SSC and Equivalent, HSC and Equivalent Exam Results. For this, there is no admission test will be conducted by the University authority.
Students who have submitted the Honours Admission form, can view the result on the website. They will be required to provide the roll and pin number to check the 1st merit list.
Know How to Check Honours Admission Result 2024
- Visit the main website of the National University.
- On the Internet Browser, type “nu.ac.bd/admissions”.
- It will redirect you to a new page.
- Now, click on “Applicant Login” under the “Honours” Menu.
- Type the Admission Roll and Pin Number.
- Click on the “Submit” button. It will show you the merit status.
- Finally, take a screenshot or print out the page to use later.
This year, the Honours Admission circular was issued on January 14. As per this, the application process begins on January 14 and ends on February 28. However, the last date was extended to February 29, 2024.
National University has completed the admission process for the Honours Course without the admission test from the 2015-16 session. Students get admission on the basis of SSC and HSC Results. Before that, the National University organizes the admission test to admit students like Public Universities.
