The Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) has published the Primary School Holiday List 2024. A notice has been published on the official website in this regard. As per the notice, Primary Schools will get 60 days of Holidays for the next year.
According to the given notice, the first holiday of the year 2024 falls on February 14, 2024, for Saraswat Puja. Schools will enjoy a day holiday for this festival. After that, the next holiday is on Wednesday, February 21 for International Mother Language Day (Shaheed Dibosh).
There are 22 long holidays like the past years. The Primary institutes will enjoy this holiday for Holy Ramadan, Easter Sunday, Shab-e-Qadr, Eid-ul-Fitr, Pohela Boisakh, and other social festivals of Chattogram Hill Tracts, Bengali New Year, and summer vacation. The holiday falls from March 31 to April 21 as per the Primary School Holiday List 2024.
