As per the press release, the company has notified the problem to Google and they are working to fix it. However, Samsung suggests the users follow a solution; affected users must need to clear the data from the Google App and restart the device. The device will work properly after clearing the data.

  • First of all, you will need to enter the “Settings” page.
  • Go to the “Apps” section and tap on “Google”.
  • Tap on “Storage” and clear them.
  • Finally, restart the phone.

This will allow the users to clear the Data from Google App. However, users may be required to log in to the Google Account once the device opens.
